Happy New Year, everyone! Hope this one brings something good to each of us <3

Here's a nice photo of an apple crumble pie me and my partner made sometime between Western Christmas and New Year's Eve. This was basically the first time we tried to bake something at our new place, and it turned out pretty well. No recipe to share, unfortunately, as it was a store-bought gluten-free crumble muffin flour mix, and we were just following the instructions on the back of the box. We decided to mix Granny Smith and Red Gala apples for this one, but if I were to make another one I would just go with only Granny Smith because the crumble is already too sweet. We also added chopped almonds to the crumble layer, which turned out great! We could definitely do better with plain gluten-free flour and our own sugar proportions, but we couldn't find it in time :(

Hopefully, next time I'll post here a proper recipe of something delicious and will expand this blog to have a culinary section ^-^

Another fun section I'd like to add this year, that I've never done before, is sharing some thoughts on nice makeup products that I encounter. Gotta post those swatches!!
