Best Sonic Zone Music Stream Announcement

I am here to finally announce one of the special streams that I mentioned in the "My Streaming Plans" post earlier this year: I'm going to try to beat my own UwUFUFU tournament that I made back in 2023 for cohost. The website has already been down for some time this year (or was it last year?), so I need to do this at least once publicly before it gets wiped out from the Internet.

The "Best Sonic Zone Music" tournament features 459 music tracks from 60 Sonic games — all presented as links to youtube videos, so, I presume, some of the links may already be dead 3 years later. You can see the full list of songs in this spreadsheet. Big thanks to the two cohosters who suggested some of the tracks for the tournament, as you can see in the comment section of my original chost.

The UwUFUFU website basically randomly generates the tournament bracket out of all those tracks, and I will have to decide on The Best Sonic Zone Music Track of All Time by comparing a big selection from the list in pairs — I'm going to do the "Rounds of 256" (so, it will be 128 randomly selected tracks, if my math is correct), which might take me a looong time to finish if I ramble on stream a lot. But one could totally do "Rounds of 512" (256 tracks)!

I would love to be able to update this tournament even further (so there could be an option to do Rounds of 1024), but unfortunately, for some unknown reason, my UwUFUFU account has no editing rights to this tournament anymore...

I will be streaming this thing on my twitch channel, and if I get through it too quickly, I will then stream my favourite Stepmania stepfiles — on a keyboard, using the 3.8 version for nostalgia reasons!
